  I really don't eat at Chipotle very often, though I love their barbacoa. Last night we were out on a rare date night and decided to stop for a quick bite. While in line I saw a new protein option, "sofritas", and it could be used for a vegan or vegetarian bowl. I had no clue what it was so I did a quick online search and found that it's tofu. When I approached the counter, I asked my server if he'd tried it and though he hadn't, the next server promptly said, "Yes, I really enjoy it but some people don't like the texture. Would you like to try a sample?" Before I knew it, I had a little cup and fork and was tasting a spicy (the good spicy, hot but not overwhelming), chewy, minced concoction that was delicious. So I forgoed my favorite and went vegetarian for the night.
  
  Added note - the restaurant was clean and eating on the patio as the sun set was a great way to end our evening.

  Stopped by with my family for a quick meal. The outdoor seating was nice  Good service. Food however, is over priced & under portioned.  We ordered queso & chips with our food for 4$ extra. Our bag of chips was about 1/4 of the way full & the queso was in a 4 oz container. Wish I would've known. I wouldn't have paid 4$ for that.. The queso doesn't taste like queso. It tastes like Chipotle peppers. Not the yummy queso we are used to.  Our steak bowls were delectable & full of flavor. The grilled peppers & corn were great. The bowls were worth 8$ for the steak. Our son's chicken & cheese quesadilla hardly had any cheese on it. So that was a little disappointing. He still ate it, though.  All in all, our meal was good & we will be back. Except next time, we'll hold off on the queso & chips.

  This location always has solid food and service. I mean, all you need to do is give your customer a smile, speak professionally and make sure it's clean. It's not hard to please the average person! The food is great!
  Also, a plus..... the HAND SANITIZER at the beginning of the line is awesome! More stores need to do this! Great job!

  I sometimes will go to the Reno location, but the one in Sparks is the one I prefer. Though I don't eat here as much as I used to due to the crazy high amount of sodium found in their food, I still come in from time to time because I prefer their food over other fast food crap such as McDonalds and Taco Bell.
  
  I usually always get good service here. Although during my last visit one of the employees wasn't too friendly and was more business than anything. She wasn't outright rude, she just wasn't what the rest of the employees were like.
  
  I'm always in and out of here. They're super fast at preparing your food. It's crazy to watch because they have it down to a science. I'm a burrito bowl guy. Protein is either chicken or barbacoa. The queso is alright. I don't understand the hype, but it's decent.

  De is the name of the super star here.
  Place was packed and this man was simply the best.
  His smile was contagious
  It appeared he was tasked with making sure  tables and surrounding areas were clean and not only did he do that but he made it a point to ask every single person how they were if there was anything he could get for them, and with the biggest smile!
  
  We went in because they had a students of all ages bogo offer and the food was good same as always but I made sure to wait until I saw de again to ask his name so I could write this review
